Plantation Properties, a company belonging to the Khalastchi family, has sold 73-77 Queens House, Queensway, W2, to a high-net-worth individual for £5.1m.
The sale price represents a yield of 4.75%. The 3,496 sq ft buildings are let to J Sainsbury for 15 years with five-yearly reviews, linked to the RPI.
