Kier Property has secured planning consent for another warehouse at its £6.5m Bracknell Trade City industrial scheme.
Following the go-ahead from Bracknell Forest council, Kier can develop a 38,129 sq ft shed at the site, which is by the old 3M building.
Tenants already signed at the development include Tile Giant and City Plumbing Supplies.
Kier Property development manager Adam Courtenay said: “We look forward to signing up other occupiers in the coming weeks and progressing towards a formal start on site.”
