Business and consumer technologies distributor CMS Distribution has secured a lease at a 142,338 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield.
A joint venture between Kier Property, Maple Grove and Yorvale has let the distribution unit to the company on a 10-year lease term.
The unit compromises 136,231 sq ft of warehouse space, 6,107 sq ft of office accommodation and 26 car parking spaces.
Kier Property North managing director Tom Gilman said: “The team has worked hard to achieve this letting and we are pleased to see activity in the industrial sector remain strong.”
CBRE secured the letting on behalf of the jv.
