Kier Property Investment and Campus Living Villages UK have submitted proposals for 415-bed student accommodation development in Lincoln.
Plans for the former factory site on Wigford Yard comprise four buildings from seven to 11 storeys high.
The Stem Architects-designed scheme will go before the City of Lincoln council for consideration on 31 January.
