Kier Property is to speculatively develop a £40m office block in Hammersmith after buying the former headquarters of publisher Haymarket Group.
Kier bought King’s House, 174 Hammersmith Road, W6, from the publisher for £11.5m. The property has planning for 60,000 sq ft of offices.
Colliers International acted for Haymarket; Lambert Smith Hampton advised Kier. Both have been retained as letting agents.
