Kier Group’s West End head office has been sold to Lothbury Investment Management.
The company, advised by Cushman & Wakefield, paid around £18.5m for 6 Cavendish Place, W1 , reflecting a 3.5% yield.
The 12,882 sq ft office building is let to Kier for a further 12 years, generating a rent of £679,371 pa.
