Kier Property has been granted planning for a 104,000 sq ft warehouse in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The new building at Longshot Lane will be developed under Kier’s Logistics City brand, and will include grade-A first-floor offices.
The development will target BREEAM Excellent and net zero carbon in operation with an EPC rating of A+.
Kier bought the 5.15-acre site from Reliance Worldwide Corporation in July 2022.
The development will be its third industrial building in Bracknell.
