Kier Property has sold the recently completed Trade City in Frimley, Surrey, to Aviva Investors Pensions for £8.3m.
The industrial estate totals 56,081 sq ft and has been sold with vacant possession.
In the past three years Kier Property has developed nearly 1m sq ft of industrial space across the UK and has a further 1m sq ft-plus in the pipeline.
James Williams, investment director at Savills, who advised on the deal, said: “We are pleased to have achieved the successful sale of Trade City, Frimley, in line with our client’s objectives. It combines high-quality industrial space with a well-connected location, offering the new owners excellent potential.”
Savills has been retained as the letting agent at Trade City.
