Italian make-up brand KIKO has agreed deals for three new regional shops with intu.
It is taking a 1,000 sq ft shop at intu Derby, a 1,840 sq ft shop at intu Trafford Centre, and a 975 sq ft shop at intu Merry Hill.
All are on ten-year leases and are due to open later this year.
A spokesperson for KIKO said: “We’ve had a successful start to creating a presence in the UK market with 12 stores already open and trading, including our first one with intu at Nottingham’s intu Victoria Centre.”
FHP and Central Retail are lettings agents at intu Derby; Cushman & Wakefield is letting agent at intu Trafford Centre; CBRE and JLL are letting agents at intu Merry Hill.
