A record rent has been set for the industrial market in south-west London with LaSalle Investment Management and Salmon Developments letting to Royal Mail at its Kimpton industrial park scheme.
The tenant has agreed a 15-year lease at £12.50 per sq ft.
The £18m project, known as Sovereign, comprises 81,000 sq ft on a three-acre site.
JLL and Altus Maxwell Brown acted on letting for LaSalle and Salmon; Capita represented Royal Mail Group.
