Pettifer Estates, part of the Warwickshire-based Pettifer Group, has sold its £2.3m Oak Tree Park office scheme, east of Redditch, Worcestershire.
The Trustees of King Henry VIII’s Charity purchased the freehold to show a return of around 8.5%.
The 15,350 sq ft (1,426 sq m) development, near to the A435, consists of five self-contained units.
One each of two units has been sold to the trade union USDAW and Broadfern Group Services, with Lorne Stewart and Ceregon Networks having taken leases on the remaining unit.
The best rent achieved by Pettifer on the site is £14 per sq ft (£151 per sq m).
