The Argent-led King’s Cross Central Partnership has appointed a new retail leasing agent on its 67-acre regeneration site, N1C.

Nash Bond has been hired alongside existing retail agent Lunson Mitchenall. The pair will secure tenants for more than 500,000 sq ft of shops and restaurant space at the scheme, which includes ground-floor units at Two Pancras Square (pictured).

Recent occupiers to commit to the north London scheme include Bombay café Dishoom and Glass Basecamp – a store for Google Glass.
