King Sturge in Irish alliance

King Sturge has set up an alliance with Irish surveyor Ganly Walters. The Irish firm, which has offices in Dublin and Kilkenny, will be King Sturge’s sole partner in Ireland.

Ganly Walters specialises in commercial and country property. In February, it formed a strategic alliance with Sotheby’s International Realty sole affiliate in Ireland, William Montgomery.

Ganley Walters has more than 25 staff and says its fee income will be almost £2m by the end of this year.

The firm merged with McCabe Crisp & Partners earlier this year.

King Sturge’s joint managing partner Mark Perowne said: “We will be able to ensure that our networks provide the essential link for our clients to the fast-growing Irish economy.”
