King Sturge publishes statistics on empty industrial space

The total of empty factories and warehouses around England and Wales continues to fall from a peak of almost 1.6m sq m (17m sq ft) in September 1993 to about 1.3m sq m (14m sq ft) available on the market. There has been a further fall of 18,580 sq m (220,000 sq ft) in the past four months, according to the latest King Sturge survey.
