King Sturge takes on Saxan site

                            King Sturge is close to becoming the first tenant at Patrick Sexton’s 45 Church Street office development in Birmingham.   The agent will take around 15,000 sq ft over two floors at the 124,000 sq ft scheme owned by Sexton’s Saxan Securities.   It will relocate from its 11,000 sq ft office at 1 Cornwall Street, where it has a lease break within the next two years.   Rents at the 13-storey office tower, scheduled for completion in October, are £30 per sq ft.
