Kings Crescent Homes has secured a £34.9m development loan from OakNorth.
The London-based developer, founded by Nick Harvey-Jones and Radu Dinului-Mereantu, will use the loan to support the second phase of its development in Ashford, Kent.
The 254-home build-to-rent scheme, phase two of the Ashford Victoria Road masterplan, will include a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom flats across four buildings between the River Stour and Victoria Park.
Kings Crescent Homes is delivering more than 800 homes, including 255 in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, 148 in Brighton and Hove and 146 in phase one of the Ashford scheme.
CBRE acted as a debt adviser.
