Office deals in Nottingham have nearly doubled in the year to the end of August, bouncing back after a slump in 2013/14.
Space transacted rose by 93%, despite the total number of deals being similar to the average volume prior to last year’s subdued market.
There were several significant deals, the largest of which was the 62,200 sq ft letting to Parexel at Castle Wharf, a deal that helped Bilfinger GVA climb more places than anyone else this year. Gerald Eve also entered the standings with its 53,800 sq ft disposal to Vision Express.
The top 10 agents ate up the lion’s share of the market, with nine out of every 10 deals.
