F&C REIT Asset Management has completed the letting of a 65,000 sq ft warehouse at Dearne Mills, Darton, in South Yorkshire.
Acting on behalf of clients, F&C let the space to Kingspan Renewables, which has taken it to support its manufacturing and distribution operations in Wakefield.
GVA and CB Richard Ellis act for F&C on the site. RA Real Estate advised Kingspan.
