Kitewood has sold the £110m former Dairy Crest, Padcroft Works and TiGi warehouse site in Yiewsley, West Drayton, to Redrow Homes.
The 2.5-acre site has planning permission for 308 homes, including 46 affordable; a 2,045 sq ft small business centre; car parking; and a landscaped public piazza. Kitewood will retain 66 homes for private rental, which will be built by Redrow.
Located about 500 feet from the forthcoming West Drayton Crossrail station, the scheme will be delivered in three phases, with completion of the first phase targeted for the opening of Crossrail in late 2018 or early 2019.
