Britt-Marie Nyman, deputy chief executive officer of Stockholm-listed property company Klövern, has handed in her notice and will leave the company during the last quarter of 2013.
Nyman, who is in charge of finance and IR functions, has been employed by Klövern since January 2004.
“After almost 10 eventful and enjoyable years with the company, it feels like the right time to move on to something new,” said Nyman.
Meanwhile, the company has announced a substantial letting to the municipality of Uppsala. The local authority will take 6,600 m2 of the company’s Kungsporten property at Boländerna 33:2 on a seven-year lease contract worth SKr70m (€8m).
