KLM and its subsidiary Air UK are to build a reservation call centre at Norwich airport.
Work will start this month on the 3,500 sq m (37,674 sq ft) building next to the airport terminal building. Norwich is the home of a number of call centre operations including: Norwich Union, Hoseasons, British Telecom and Eastern Group.
