Knight Dragon has submitted plans to Greenwich council for 991 homes at Greenwich Peninsula, SE10 – 121 more than were in the 2004 masterplan consent.
They include 160 social rented homes and 76 intermediate flats. Plans for the three plots also include 22,600 sq ft of commercial space.
Knight Dragon bought Quintain Estates’ remaining 40% interest in Greenwich Peninsula Regeneration in 2013, giving it 100% ownership of the site.
