Knight Frank has recruited Nick Madden as an associate to its residential development team, based in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Madden joins from independent Oxfordshire consultancy Green & Co, where he specialised in strategic development land.
At Knight Frank he will advise clients on development, site acquisition and disposals across the central region, spanning Warwickshire, Worcestershire, North Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.
He will be responsible for identifying sites, sourcing development partners and supporting options, promotion agreements and subject-to-planning deals through to outright freehold purchases.
Jonathan Wish, head of central residential development at Knight Frank, said: “Knight Frank has ambitious growth plans over the next few years, and Nick brings an invaluable set of skills and experiences to our central residential development offering.”
Earlier this year, Knight Frank unveiled plans to grow its regional residential development business by 50% over the next five years.
