Knight Frank announces raft of senior retirements

John Snow and Bradley Baker are among a string of senior retirements being announced today by Knight Frank, which has appointed Stephen Clifton as its new head of commercial.

Current head of commercial Snow will step down from March 2018 alongside Baker, partner in the London tenant representative team; Peter MacColl, global head of capital markets; and Atty Beor-Roberts, regional chair of central region.

Stephen Clifton is the current head of Central London at Knight Frank, and will take over as commercial head from John Snow who retires from the partnership on 31 March 2018.

The departures come at the same time as the announcement of equity partner Ian Marris’s retirement from the residential development team, and two new joint heads of residential development taking over: James Mannix and Rupert Dawes.

Senior Partner Alistair Elliott commented, “John Snow has made an exceptional contribution to Knight Frank over 30 or so years and throughout much of his career unquestionably made Knight Frank’s West End team a major force in the market.

“As commercial head John has overseen a period of dramatic growth, particularly extending the depth and breadth of the business throughout the UK. We are fortunate in having an exceptional successor in Stephen Clifton who is currently running our Central London business and has created a market leading profile in the investment arena. Under Stephen’s leadership I believe there is much to look forward to.”
