Knight Frank has launched a debt advisory practice with the appointment of CBRE’s Lisa Attenborough as head of commercial debt.
Attenborough (pictured), formerly a CBRE director, working across the capital advisory and specialist market teams, will lead Knight Frank’s new service line and will be responsible for building the advisory firm’s strategic debt and structure finance practice.
Attenborough’s previous experience includes more than ten years of working at Barclays Bank in a range of roles that include structured property finance, debt finance and latterly in the corporate healthcare team. She was subsequently at CBRE for two years, before joining Knight Frank.
John Snow, head of UK commercial at Knight Frank, said: “As part of Knight Frank’s wider strategy to broaden the expertise and assistance we can offer our clients, Lisa will be working with both the specialist investment and finance teams to advise clients on arranging development finance and on operational real estate. She brings with her access to more than 150 financial lenders.”
Attenborough said: “I am looking forward to bringing my experience to launch and build a new practice at Knight Frank.
“Knight Frank is in the perfect position to capitalise on the opportunities that exist in the market and amplify the work that the teams here are already doing.”
