Knight Frank has appointed CBRE’s Charles Ingram Evans as head of UK building consultancy and project management.
Evans was previously head of building surveying in CBRE’s West End office, and has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, having joined Richard Ellis in 1997. He has specialised in helping buy and sell individual assets, developments and property portfolios in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. He has worked across healthcare, industrial, office, retail, leisure and hotel sectors, advising clients including PGIM, Blackstone, Harbert Management Corporation, Deutsche Asset Wealth Management, Deutsche Bank, THRE, Oxford Properties, P3, Prologis, Goodman, TPG, Westmount, Alpha Capital, Barclays and Aermont.
