Knight Frank has appointed Chris Kelly as a partner in its debt advisory team.
It launched the team last year, appointing Lisa Attenborough as head of commercial debt.
Kelly joins Knight Frank from Santander UK where he was the director of the structured property finance team. He began his career at Barclays Bank, before working for Allied Irish Bank, Anglo Irish Bank and Deutsche Bank.
Attenborough said: “Chris’s appointment is integral to the growth and development of Knight Frank’s debt advisory team as his expertise will help to propel our service line to the next level.”
