Knight Frank has appointed new heads of global corporate services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific.
Equity partner Tony Nicholas (pictured) will head up the EMEA team from London and Alex Hill will lead the Asian team from Singapore.
Nicholas has worked for Knight Frank for 25 years and was previously head of the Bristol office which he joined 10 years after setting up the Cardiff office in 1997.
He joins GCS team partner Andy Bugg and will primarily focus on the UK and European markets.
Nicholas said: “It has been a great experience setting up two new businesses for Knight Frank in the regions but the opportunity and challenge of returning to London and working alongside some excellent people within our GCS team, and really growing the business for Knight Frank is a fantastic opportunity I am very excited about it.
Developing strong relationships with corporate occupiers across national and international borders, and assisting them in their real estate requirements across the world, is becoming more and more important.”
Hill, who has worked for Knight Frank in Singapore for the last 13 years, was previously a regional director of global corporate services at CBRE in Singapore.
