Knight Frank has hired Peter Wyatt as a partner in its residential capital markets team.
Wyatt had previously set up and run an agency business in Leicester, specialising in residential sales, lettings and management.
His business focused on strategic land sales and investment across Leicester and London and development consultancy nationwide. He has experience in residential investment, forward funding, and student housing.
He will focus on forward funding and forward commitment transactions across the UK, including fundraising, for the 25-strong team.
James Mannix, head of residential capital markets at Knight Frank, said: “As the PRS sector continues to mature in the UK, we are anticipating £70bn to be invested during the next five years – with multihousing set to become the UK’s third-largest asset class.”
