Richardson Barberry’s One Colmore Row will be the new home of Knight Frank’s entire Birmingham office.
KF has just been appointed joint letting agent for the building.
KF is in detailed negotiations to take two floors, totalling 8,000 sq ft, at around £21 per sq ft, after outgrowing its present space at 89 Colmore Row.
DTZ is joint letting agent for the 44,400 sq ft One Colmore Row.
