Knight Frank has appointed former Deloitte head of real estate research Will Matthews as a partner in its commercial research team.
Matthews joins Knight Frank as a specialist in capital markets analysis, alongside Anthony Duggan who was recruited in September last year to lead global capital markets research.
Prior to Deloitte, Matthews held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Mintel.
