Knight Frank has recruited a pair of senior Cushman & Wakefield capital markets agents to bolster its London office.
The agency said it had appointed Oli Sprackling, formerly a partner at C&W, and Alex Fryer, formerly an associate at the US firm, as partners in its West End team.
Sprackling’s recent deal highlights include the acquisitions of White City Place, W12, on behalf of Cadillac Fairview and 35 Dover Street and 15 Berkeley Street, both W1, for Tokoro Capital. His clients include sovereign wealth funds and landed estates, as well as institutional and private capital.
Fryer brings experience across offices, retail, leisure and healthcare, with clients including UBS, Northwood Investors, W.RE and Bywater Properties.
Knight Frank’s London capital markets team is made up of 25 agents, and has been involved with around £1.5bn of transactions in the past year.
Nick Braybrook, head of London capital markets and development at Knight Frank, said: “Oli and Alex are fantastic agents in the London market with impressive deal track records. Over the past year we have further increased our market share and are proud to be expanding our coverage and expertise across the London market.
“We are committed to growing the team as we predict a very strong recovery in investment activity across London. Oli and Alex will be key drivers of this expansion, particularly in the West End markets where their experience and expertise continues to achieve considerable success for their clients.”
