Lendlease and LCR have added Knight Frank to its appointed leasing agents for the 22-acre International Quarter London regeneration project in Stratford, E15.
Knight Frank has joined JLL and BNP Paribas Real Estate to advised on the pre-letting of the current 2.7m sq ft of workspace next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Cancer Research UK and the British Council are among the companies that have already agreed to relocate their headquarters to IQL, which will sit adjacent to the Cultural & Education District, the home for UCL and UAL’s London College of Fashion’s new campuses.
