Knight Frank has promoted two partners – Caroline Bathgate and Mark Proctor – to proprietary partner.
Bathgate is a partner in the global head of valuation and advisory team, while Mark Proctor is regional partner South West.
Both promotions will take effect from April next year.
Alistair Elliott, senior partner and group chairman, said: “Caroline and Mark have made significant contributions to their respective areas.
“Caroline has taken a pivotal role in galvanising our European valuation capability and now has global responsibility for the valuation and advisory service line. With very strong client engagement and a crucially important governance role, we are in very safe hands.
“Mark is responsible for a broad geography within our country residential business. Having established an excellent reputation within London, Mark moved to Exeter several years ago and has produced exceptional results, especially over the last 18 months.
“I have no doubt that both will develop further and add greater value to the partnership going forward.”
