Knight Frank makes senior retail hire from CBRE

Knight Frank has appointed CBRE central London retail senior director Jonathan Eastwood to lead its retail and leisure leasing division.

Eastwood played a key role in CBRE’s London retail leasing team for more than 11 years. He has worked with developers and investors on some of London’s most iconic retail and leisure properties, having recently provided advice to Shaftesbury Capital on Covent Garden, WC2; Federated Hermes on Regent Street and Coventry Street, both W1; City of London on New Bond Street. W1; CBRE IM on Regent Street; CIT; Tristan; Pella; and global retail occupiers.

Before his role at CBRE, Eastwood was an equity partner at Capital Retail and spent several years at Dalgleish.
