Knight Franks Manchester residential team to move into new premises, at 55 King Street, to accommodate its expansion.
The residential team will leave Knight Franks office at 86 King Street, with the vacant space put on the leasing market.
Graeme Wood, managing partner of Knight Frank North West, said: “Our residential and commercial teams will continue to work very closely together, particularly on mixed-use schemes right across the North West.”
