Knight Frank’s City headquarters is returning to Coleman Street, EC2, after 10 years at King House.
The agent will relocate from 36 King Street, EC2, to 4 Coleman Street in March after exercising its lease break.
Head of the City office Guy Napier described the move as “going back to the future”. Knight Frank is taking 5,130 sq ft at £34.50 per sq ft, on a six-year sublease from law firm Clifford Chance.
In November, Knight Frank advised Prudential Property Investment Managers on the £46.5m purchase of the building from Deka.
Elsewhere, the agency is still focusing on Berkeley Square House, W1, for its West End headquarters.
Clifford Chance was advised by CB Richard Ellis.
