Knight Frank mulls Woolgate Exchange exit

Knight Frank is considering launching a requirement for a new London base.

The potential move is being driven by its 2020 lease expiry at Woolgate Exchange, which is also known as 25 Basinghall Street, EC2.

Angus Goswell, head of Knight Frank’s London office, said: “Our lease expires in the building in 2020 and we are considering our options.”

Knight Frank currently occupies around 6,000 sq ft in the building, according to Radius Data Exchange.

Woolgate Exchange is owned by Taiwanese insurance firm Cathay Life.

At its head office in Baker Street, Knight Frank occupies just over 70,000 sq ft.
