Knight Frank is looking to expand its regional network in the UK with new offices in Birmingham and Cardiff.
The firm is believed to already be recruiting staff to run an office in Birmingham which will work across all the sectors. Up to ten staff will run the office.
Knight Frank is also planning to start up a new office in Cardiff, South Wales. It currently has no commercial branches in Wales or Bristol, the capital of the south west.
KF last opened a commercial office in the regions in 1994, in Newcastle upon Tyne.
