Knight Frank has appointed a new head of lettings and head of London sales to its residential team.
It has promoted James Clarke to head of London sales.
Clarke previously led the central London sales team and has been with the firm for four years. He will take over the role from 1 April 2020.
Gary Hall has been appointed head of lettings with immediate effect, after seven months as acting head. He has been with Knight Frank for 16 years and was previously regional head for the North, City and East of London.
The pair will both join Knight Frank’s UK residential board.
Their promotions follow the appointment of Tim Hyatt, who currently leads the London sales and lettings division, as head of residential. Knight Frank global head of residential Andrew Hay will step down after 37 years at the firm in March 2020.
Hay said: “These promotions mark the next phase of Knight Frank’s continued drive and focus to expand and bolster its existing mid-market, prime and super prime offering in London.”
Knight Frank expanded its London sales and lettings network in September this year, with the opening of a new office at South Bank Place.
