Knight Frank has made two promotions to partner level within its Birmingham office.
Office and industrial investment specialist Jon Devaney and Midlands industrial and logistics specialist Jon Ryan-Gill became partners.
Ashley Hudson, head of Knight Frank’s Birmingham office, said: “The Birmingham office is continuing to be fortunate enough to be involved in some of the most high-profile transactions in the Birmingham and Midlands market and we feel we are extremely well placed to advise our clients in this improving market.”
High-profile deals this year include the £87.5m sale of Priory and Temple Court in the city centre to Legal & General. The firm also recently won the instruction for the 1.5m sq ft Ansty Park business park in Coventry.
