Knight Frank has appointed Giulia Grigolato as head of global portfolio solutions, EMEA.
Grigolato joins from JLL and brings more than 13 years of experience in corporate real estate strategy and portfolio management.
Known for fostering cross-border collaboration, Grigolato has a track record of ensuring consistency in service delivery across regions while maintaining a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
In her new role, Grigolato will focus on expanding and strengthening Knight Frank’s global portfolio solutions offering across EMEA, prioritising value-driven solutions that enhance portfolio performance and support corporate clients in achieving their long-term real estate objectives. She will lead strategic initiatives to deepen client relationships, drive innovation, and ensure seamless service delivery across key markets.
