Martin Roberts is leaving Knight Frank (KF) to join Capital & Income Group (CIT) as a property director. At Knight Frank, Roberts was a partner specialising in the City of London investment market.
CIT has acquired property assets worth more than half a billion pounds since it was formed in 1993. Its portfolio includes landmark buildings like Royal Mint Court, Sea Containers House and 120 High Holborn.
The company more recently entered a joint venture to acquire the second and third phases of London Bridge City. This is a 13 acre site, one of the few remaining adjacent to the City and able to accommodate buildings in excess of 46,450 sq m (500,000 sq ft).
John Barroll Brown, chief executive at CIT, said: “Martin has already played a major part in the Group’s development as an advisor and I am delighted that he will now have the opportunity of furthering his contribution as the Group’s Property Director.”
