Knight Frank’s head of City, Paul Willis (pictured), has joined the board of Development Securities.
Willis, an equity partner at Knight Frank, is one of two senior appointments announced by DevSec this morning.
The developer has also promoted investment director Matthew Weiner to executive director.
EG revealed last year (26 July 2003) that Willis was to quit Knight Frank in April 2004 after 25 years with the firm. He became a full equity partner in 1987 and head of City office – as well as chairman of European operations – in 1991.
Willis was also a non-executive director of DevSec between 1995 and 200. Guy Napier will take over as head of the City office.
Weiner joined DevSec as director of investments in 2000. Prior to joining DevSec, he spent five years at Legal & General Property and three years as fund manager at AXA Real Estate Investment.
