Knight Frank sets up social value consultancy team

Knight Frank has launched a dedicated social value consultancy team, led by Kalli Stuart as social value consultant. The agency said the “social” side of environmental, social and governance agendas “is gaining momentum as its definitions and opportunities become clearer”. The new team will help clients incorporate social value into their investment decisions. Jonathan Hale, the firm’s head of ESG consulting for the UK, said, “We will support our clients in maximising the positive impact of their properties on stakeholders and creating social value. Kalli’s expertise will be key to our continued success in delivering strategic social value consultancy.” Stuart added: “Social value is gaining momentum and is hugely important to our industry and to wider society.
