Knight Frank strengthens its offices in Scotland with six new appointments

As part of its expansion plans for Scotland, Knight Frank has beefed up its representation in Glasgow and Edinburgh with six appointments.

In Glasgow, the firm has appointed John Costello and David Smith as associate partners who will jointly head up the development and agency business throughout Scotland. Costello joins from Montagu Evans and Smith moves over from the Lanarkshire Development Agency.

In Edinburgh, Andy Taylor, also from Montagu Evans, joins as associate partner with a brief to head up expansion of development and agency business in Edinburgh and the East Coast.

Tom Biggart has been promoted to partner and head of the Edinburgh commercial office. He is also head of the Scottish Investment & Financial Services Team. Biggart is joined by Stuart Spalding from Ryden who becomes a senior investment surveyor in Edinburgh.
