Knight Frank is remaining tight-lipped about the vendor of No Man’s Land Fort, off the coast of Portsmouth.
The Independent’s property supplement wonders “who on earth” will buy the private floating fortress which provides some 55,000 sq ft of internal accommodation.
The newspaper notes there is planning permission to build a floating harbour with 40 berths, so perhaps there are commercial possibilities.
