Knight Frank is to open its first Liverpool office in May after securing an office in Tower Buildings on the Strand.
Ten staff will work in the office – five in commercial and five in residential – which is to be headed by Martin Jackson, agency partner in Manchester, who is relocating.
Residential work will initially be headed by Chris Neill, but a residential partner is being recruited. CBRE is also recruiting for new residential offices in Liverpool and Scotland.
