Knight Frank tops Radius DX M25 office agents league table

Knight Frank has risen to the top of the Radius Data Exchange M25 league table after transacting more than 500,000 sq ft across 32 deals. The firm’s largest deal, also the largest deal of the year, was the disposal of 120,000 sq ft at the former BT campus at Leavesden Park to Asos. Cushman & Wakefield advised the tenant.

Despite the overall take-up of office space remaining largely constant, the number of transactions recorded by Radius Data Exchange decreased by 30% year-on-year, with Aitchison Raffety the only company to see more than 50 deals completed. The average deal size increased by just over 40%, from 3,850 sq ft to 5,473 sq ft, with the top 10 agents accounting for 63% of the transactions.

Going Up

CBRE saw take-up increase by just under 200,000 sq ft while transacting 21 deals. This was helped by 150,000 sq ft of lettings at Chiswick Park, the largest of which was the 84,000 sq ft expansion of Pernod Ricard. Savills and Knight Frank also acted on the deal.

Going Down

Hanover Green. Last year’s winner dropped six places in the league table. Take-up was down by 64% to 180,000 sq ft, which saw the firm settle in seventh between Cushman & Wakefield and DTRE.
