GVA Grimley has promoted Mike Knowles to associate partner at its Manchester office after his return to the company following a short stint and Cushman & Wakefield.
Knowles joined C&W last August when the company opened a new office in Manchester, but rejoined GVA earlier this year.
Richard Lucas Retail partner at GVA in Manchester, said: “Mike’s new promotion will assist the team as it continues its growth as a leading agency.
“Since his re-appointment, Mike has made a significant contribution and will undoubtedly do so in the future.”
Knowles will work primarily on in-town retail but will also assist retail associate Jonathan Buckle on the out-of-town market.
His key clients will include Wm Morrison Supermarkets, LaSalle Investment Management, Lathe Investments and Centrica.
Prior to his first stint at GVA, Knowles was at Dunlop Heywood Lorenz.
